Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifier, profile settings, and access status. When you use the app, we may store learning progress, quiz or exam results, study activity, and preferences. Technical and security records may also be generated when needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information

Authentication and service providers
If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled through Google and our authentication provider; KaigoReady does not receive your Google password. We may use service providers for authentication, database storage, hosting, analytics, and app features. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Learning activity and progress
To save your place and help you understand your progress, KaigoReady records your last active time, study duration, lessons and scenarios completed, vocabulary progress, exam attempts and scores, and the learning section you most recently opened. Approved KaigoReady administrators can view this information to support learners and improve the course experience.
This tracking is limited to activity inside KaigoReady. We do not record your passwords, unrelated browsing activity, private messages, or the contents of other websites and applications.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, when you direct us to, or when required for security or by law. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information. Some records may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service. Contact kaigoready@gmail.com for a privacy request.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date on this page.
