You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, or misuse another person's account.
Educational purpose
KaigoReady is a study and practice tool. Its content is not medical, legal, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not replace workplace policies, qualified supervision, or official exam materials. We do not guarantee exam passage, certification, employment, or any particular outcome.
Content and intellectual property
The app, branding, software, lessons, illustrations, and other original materials are owned by KaigoReady or used with permission. You may use them for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, or create a competing content library from them without written permission.
Trials, plans, and third-party services
Any trial length, paid plan, cancellation terms, or included features shown at purchase apply to that transaction. The service may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, payment, audio, or infrastructure providers, whose separate terms may also apply.
Availability and account action
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may restrict or end access for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
